Welcome to the website of the Whitstable 10K Road Race, a very popular running race held on the north Kent coast each May.
The 2010 race will be held at 11am on the May Bank Holiday Monday, 3rd May, at The Waterfront Club. The course starts from Tankerton Slopes and goes out to Hampton Pier at Herne Bay. The terrain is mainly flat, with the second half of the race being along the promenade by the beach huts, and the course should produce some fast times.
Canterbury Harriers will be organising this race for the eleventh year in 2010 and hope that it will be an enjoyable event for all.
We would also like to thank The Waterfront Club for letting us use their facilities as the race headquarters.Congratulations to Chris Carre and Janine Brown who were the winners of the 2009 Whistable 10K.
Entry forms for the 2010 race are available
but please note that entries will not be accepted on the day. A pound from each entry will go to the Dave Lee's Happy Holidays charity.
Please note that race numbers will be sent out two weeks before the race.
